1. Services Provided

We offer digital solutions including, but not limited to:

• Software, web, and mobile app development
• E-commerce and data solutions
• Digital marketing and branding services
• Design, print, and connectivity solutions

The scope of work for each project will be detailed in a separate agreement or contract.

2. Payments & Billing

• Fees, pricing, and payment terms will be agreed upon before project commencement.
• Late payments may result in suspension of Services.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

• Unless otherwise agreed, all intellectual property created during a project will be transferred to the client upon full payment.
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio for marketing purposes.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive project information unless permission is granted in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific Service.

6. Termination

• We may suspend or terminate Services if you violate these Terms.
• Either party may terminate a project agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the contract.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or content of third-party services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Effective Date." Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
